
Making It Rain Terms

The Making It Rain Program comprised of Home Search Leads and ExpressOffers Leads (“MIR”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“MIR Terms”) which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eXp Realty, LLC and its affiliates (“eXp”). By signing up for MIR you acknowledge that you have read and understood these MIR Terms, you accept and agree to be bound by these MIR Terms, and agree that these MIR Terms constitute a binding contract between you and eXp.
Please note that Home Search Leads and ExpressOffers Leads offer different payment options and have different product features that are described below. For more information before signing up please contact eXp at MakingItRain@exprealty.net.
MIR Payment Options
MIR is a membership program that operates either as a lifetime budget campaign, where the end date is selected at sign-up, or as a monthly subscription that continues until you cancel it. ExpressOffers Leads will not have the option to select a lifetime budget campaign and is only available as a monthly subscription.
MIR programs that you enroll in and select a monthly subscription option will automatically renew and continue month after month until you initiate a cancellation within your MIR dashboard.
MIR programs that operate as a lifetime budget campaign will require you to set an end date at the time of sign-up and you will be billed the full amount of your selected budget at the time of sign-up. Your campaign will run at the frequency available based on your budget and selected end date until the end date is reached, at which time your campaign will end and you will need to select a new MIR program to continue receiving the MIR service.
You agree to pay for the plan you select for at least the duration of the plan’s stated commitment. At the close of your subscription period you will be invoiced via email for the applicable MIR campaign fees. You must pay the invoice within ten (10) days of receipt of the emailed invoice. You authorize eXp to charge the payment card in Enterprise or referenced on my Monthly Tech Fee / Credit Card Authorization Form if the delivered invoice is not paid within 10 days. If payment is not received eXp reserves the right to deactivate a campaign(s) that is set to auto-renew.
Program Cancellation
To Cancel your monthly subscription MIR program: Click “Programs” > select your program/campaign > click the red “Cancel Program” button. NOTE: The Home Search Lead products are subject to a mandatory 30-day commitment period. Should any modifications be required for a newly initiated campaign, whether it is a monthly subscription or lifetime budget option, kindly direct all correspondence to MakingItRain@exprealty.net.
Lead Quantity
MIR is an advertising program and a certain number of leads is not guaranteed. The cost per lead varies from region to region and the estimates quoted are based on national averages.
Lead Viability
MIR programs are pay-per-click (“PPC”) lead generation programs and you acknowledge that while eXp strives to deliver quality leads, eXp cannot guarantee the accuracy, conversion rate, or suitability of the leads provided for your specific business needs. Results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
Compliance with Law
Advertising campaigns require compliance with various laws which you must comply with. eXp provides the Lead Protection Toolkit, Canva templates, and makes training on advertising programs available in eXp University which you may use to assist your advertising program efforts. You may also consult the managing broker in your state or eXp’s Agent Compliance team for questions about advertising compliance in your state. You acknowledge that any activity you perform with regard to the MIR programs, whether the upload of custom lead lists, upload of custom advertising content, or any other actions taken regarding the MIR programs are subject to compliance with applicable law, which is your sole responsibility.
